Mail Order Procedure

Since Creations by Margo Lynn, Inc. began as a Mail Order business, we are accustomed to orders being placed by mail.  Custom orders are to be in writing since there are many items that may vary.  If is extremely difficult to quote a price over the telephone without a layout in front of the Customer Service Representative.  All Quotes are subject to change if they are not in writing and you change the information on the layout.  Most customers fax in their Custom order layout and a Customer Service Representative will follow up with a phone call. Other items ordered that are not custom will be processed in 7 to 10 business days. 

Layout Forms
Please print the layout form and fax it in to us --(757) 838-1668 24 hours a day.  Your order will be placed into our computer system within 24 hours of receipt of your fax.  If you are unable to print the layout form, please feel free to write out or draw freehand your layout and fax it in.  Once we receive your drawing, we will transfer it to a layout form and fax a copy to you for your approval.
