Mail Order Procedure
Since Creations by Margo Lynn, Inc. began as a Mail Order business, we are accustomed to orders being placed by mail. Custom orders are to be in writing since there are many items that may vary. If is extremely difficult to quote a price over the telephone without a layout in front of the Customer Service Representative. All Quotes are subject to change if they are not in writing and you change the information on the layout. Most customers fax in their Custom order layout and a Customer Service Representative will follow up with a phone call. Other items ordered that are not custom will be processed in 7 to 10 business days. Layout Forms
Please print the layout form and fax it in to us --(757) 838-1668 24 hours a day. Your order will be placed into our computer system within 24 hours of receipt of your fax. If you are unable to print the layout form, please feel free to write out or draw freehand your layout and fax it in. Once we receive your drawing, we will transfer it to a layout form and fax a copy to you for your approval. Once you receive the fax, please print the Order Form. If you are paying by Money Order or Personal Check (allow 7 business days for personal checks to clear) you may complete all information and Make check or Money Order payable to Creations by Margo Lynn, Inc. If you are paying by Credit Card (fastest processing time), include the Date the Order is Needed, your Name as it appears on your credit card, Billing Address, Expiration Date, Credit Card Number; 3 digit Security Code, and Sign and date the space for your signature. You may directly e-mail your initial request for an order to margosgreekshop@aol.com.
