Please draw, to the best of your ability, your shirt layout. Be specific including the color, size, left sleeve (chapter crossed), right sleeve (year crossed), Double stitched letters on the front (top & bottom colors of the letters)and on the back your individual line name, your number, and your entire lines' name. Fax your layout to (757) 838-1668 and include your name, address, cell # and home or work telephone numbers and indicate whether your order will be picked up or mailed. A customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours. If your order is time sensitive, please call the Hampton store (757) 838-8346 before the fax is sent.
