Custom Jacket Layout Form
Below you will find a jacket layout form that you may copy and fax to us for a quote. If you have difficulty printing the form, please sketch your layout using the suggested drawings to assist you. Please include your contact information so we may get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a returned call. If your order is time-sensitive, please call us right after you fax the form. All layouts should be faxed to (757) 838-1668 unless you are advised to fax to the Norfolk location when you call. You may also email the layout to margosgreekshop@aol.com. Call the Hampton store (757) 838-8346 to inform them that an email has been sent.
